Career Crossroads

You may wonder why you didn’t land the job that seemed to be a perfect fit for you. Your experience and knowledge seemed to be exactly what the employer was looking for. So why was the other candidate chosen? The answer could be that they did a better job communicating their value. The employer believed they were a “better buy.”

Our next session will focus on identifying and communicating your value. We will learn how to identify our skills and communicate our problem solving capabilities. These are key areas in differentiating yourself from the pack and will make the employer sit up and take notice of you. If you want to stand out from the crowd then join us for this enlightening session
